Supervisor, HRIS

Location:-    Colorado Springs, Colorado

POSITION SUMMARY
The incumbent will supervise and assist with the ongoing updates, maintenance and on-going support of the Workday global Human Resource Information System and Helpdesk Support function. The position will provide overall supervision for day-to-day Helpdesk Support but will also be expected to provide hands on support in various areas of the Workday system including but not limited to Configurations, Security Administration, Audits, System Improvements, Updates, Reporting, etc. Position will be expected to manage projects and lead the implementation of new Helpdesk support processes along with Workday System Updates. The incumbent will be expected to provide technical and functional end-user support for Human Resource users.

POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES
Manage and assist with the ongoing day-to-day global support of the Workday system (Help Desk system and allocation of tickets) and Help Desk Support function
Create, implement and maintain Service Level Agreements along with robust processes to provide global Help Desk Support for Human Resource professionals.
Manage and support the Workday system upgrades twice a year
Provide ongoing support for Workday setup including, but not limited to, maintaining job codes, cost centers, transactions, supervisory organizations, etc.
Administer security for Workday
Run, write and distribute basic Workday reports
Perform data audits to ensure the integrity of data within the Workday system
Work with internal and external auditors
Perform system configurations and work with end-users globally
Functional contact and support for Human Resource users
Assists in the support of testing, data conversion, and implementation of potential new functionality along with Payroll and Time and Attendance systems and interfaces.
Trains departmental and organizational staff on systems.
Oversee the development and maintenance of user manuals, training materials, operational procedures, translations, etc.
Maintains current knowledge of the HRIS marketplace and system capabilities

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or Information Technology related field
Eight plus years related experience in Human Resource Information Systems
Two plus years of supervisory experience preferred
Two plus years of prior experience supervising HRIS Help Desk Support preferred
Workday HR System experience preferred
Two plus years of project management preferred
Demonstrated coordination, facilitation, consultation and conflict resolution skills.
Professional verbal and written communication skills required.
Position requires a strong team player.

Project Engineer

Location:- Houston, Texas

POSITION SUMMARY
Leads design and development of Transmission Electro-Hydraulic Actuation Systems in internal or customer development projects. Products include solenoid actuators, hydraulic control modules and stop-start accumulator systems for Stepped Automatic, Dual Clutch, Continuously Variable and Hybrid Transmissions. Responsible for development activities including Simulation, CAE, Optimization, Laboratory Performance and Validation. Position utilizes engineering disciplines including Electro-Magnetics, Fluid Dynamics, Control Theory and Mechanics of Materials.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Key engineering contact for communication with our customers, the global vehicle and transmission manufactures
Works directly with manufacturing plant to ensure product meets manufacturing objectives
Presents regular updates to leadership and customer on project status

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
BSME or BSEE required
Experience involving electro-magnetic systems and/or electro-hydraulic systems preferred
Experience in component and system design
Knowledge of magnetic solenoids and powertrain hydraulic controls preferred
Experience with Maxwell, AMESim, and ANSYS Mechanical preferred
Proficient in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance (GDT)
Excellent communication and organizational skills

The administrative assistant will work directly with the HR department providing clerical and administrative support to the HR team and current/new employees. The administrative assistant will maintain department organization, support daily HR functions, and assist in the coordination of HR policies, procedures, and relevant documents. As an administrative assistant, you will:

  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR department.
  • Perform daily administrative tasks including filing, expense reports, supply requisitions, personnel transaction forms, and new employee paperwork.
  • Prepare special reports and newsletters if necessary. (Such items typically require research, development and/or interpretation of data and will be performed with little supervision or instruction).

Tekla Detailer

Location:- Denver, Colorado

The Tekla detailer will provide detailed, 3-dimensional computer models of concrete work on self-performed concrete projects ensuring that plans and specifications are followed. The Tekla detailer will report to the concrete superintendent.

As A Tekla Detailer You Will:
Create 3D computer models of cast-in-place concrete work to allow construction teams to accurately place the building components using coordinates taken from the model
Assist in discovery of design errors and interference issues
Create models that allow the project team to show the client a 3D representation of the finished project
Manage all Autodesk accounts and licenses
Detail drawings with Tekla for field use
Other duties and responsibilities as required.

To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Need:
BS, engineering or equivalent
Minimum of 10 years’ experience/knowledge of construction
Advanced proficiency with BIM software and creative aptitude are required

Product Engineer

A Product Engineer is responsible to lead/support the area of product development, implementation, improvement and cost reduction.
