Mark Velasco, President and CEO of Focus Civil, Inc., is a graduate of the Arizona State University College of Engineering prestigious Del E. Webb School of Construction. Mark has worked in the civil construction industry since 1987 and has managed several award winning projects.

In February of 2002 Mark began Focus Civil as a consulting firm, offering management and design services to several Arizona based firms. In October of 2003 Focus Civil also became a licensed engineering contractor and now offers complete turn-key services in several civil construction specialties. Our alliances with some of the most respected equipment and material suppliers in the industry allow us to competitively price and aggressively respond to our clients needs.
